Kathrine’s career spans leadership roles in oil & gas, marine operations, digital transformation, and regional market expansion. She has successfully managed multi-million-euro projects, negotiated high-value contracts, led cross-cultural teams, and built powerful business networks in complex markets such as Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, Malta, UK, Sweden and Poland. Her strength lies in connecting strategy with execution - guiding businesses through market entry, sourcing reliable suppliers, launching new products, and strengthening brand visibility through compelling digital content and marketing campaigns.
With certifications in Agile Project Management, Change Management, Lean Portfolio Management, Sales, and Marketing, as well as fluency in Arabic, English, and Polish, Kathrine brings a uniquely global and adaptable approach to every project.
